I. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “BELLAVÈ CLOTHING” Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”, and the users of the online store www.bellave.eu, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”

By using the website, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

II. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All products presented on the website are new and are offered subject to availability.

Prices are listed in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Merchant reserves the right to change prices and product assortment without prior notice.

III. ORDERS

Orders are placed through the website www.bellave.eu.

After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation via email.

The Merchant has the right to contact the Customer to clarify details regarding the order.

IV. DELIVERY

Deliveries are carried out via the courier company Ekont.

Delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days, except in exceptional circumstances.

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified.

V. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made through:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Other methods specified on the website

VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 7 days of receiving it.

The product must be:

  • In its original commercial condition

  • Without signs of use

  • With tags and packaging intact

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

VII. COMPLAINTS

In case of a defective product, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints can be submitted via email or phone.

The Merchant reviews complaints within 14 days.

VIII. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data is used solely for order processing and communication with the Customer.

The Merchant does not provide personal data to third parties unless necessary for order fulfillment.

IX. COPYRIGHT

All texts, images, and content on the website are the property of BELLAVÈ and may not be used without explicit permission.

X. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Merchant reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

For matters not regulated herein, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
